The SPMxxxx series of ultraLight power modules is the best choice for high reliability applications including inverters, motor drives, power conversion, e-brakes, and acutuator control. These military grade power modules (lightweight SiC power modules) are ideal for applications where lightweight, and compact size are a design requirement. Available as three phase IGBT or SiC MOSFET Bridges with SiC Diodes, up to 1200V, 90A.
Sensitron's latest SPB Series power module includes a high density Half Bridge IGBT Module for extreme temperature operation. The optimized internal layout of the small package size allows for minimum stray inductances while enabling high altitude operation, outperforming competitors in the market. Rated at 600V and 650A the SPB Series can be screened to MIL-STD-750 with full manufacturing traceability on all components.
