Sensitron Launches the SCP-5282-300-450-3, High Power TVS for 3-Ph Systems
Sensitron designed a high power TVS Module with three phase protection for line to neutral clamping below 253V, and line to line clamping below 421V. Designed to meet MIL-STD-704 and MIL-STD-1399 voltage spike requirements for 115Vac systems, and DO-160 Induced Lightning, Section 22, Table 22 at levels 4 & 5 this TVS improves system reliability by eliminating the avalanche of sensitive components.

Advanced Solid State Power Control

High Voltage Protection for 115Vdc and Higher Systems
Sensitron’s latest design of SuperClampTM Transorb over voltage protection devices (TVS) now includes high power transient voltage suppressor modules for 115Vac and higher voltage DC applications. Designed to meet DO-160 Induced Lightning, Section 22 to level 5 and compliant to ABD0007, the SCP-5282-180 series of modules can handle 10/1000us single pulse up to 900A and clamping below 290V.
