Rated at 200V, 25A, the SPG025N020P2A is a highly efficient GaN full bridge with integrated gate drive featuring high switching speeds to 1Mhz, and is ideal for hi-reliability applications that require high frequency designs. This GaN module uses proprietary topside conduction cooling to PCB with thermal interface through solder castellations for optimal performance, in an ultra small package (2" x 1" x 0.25").

Sensitron has recently redesigned the SPG025N035P1B -- a high density 350V, 20A GaN half bridge with an integrated gate drive and 500Mhz switching frequency.
